Abstract

The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 or also known as the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) is an era of combining various technologies. This paper seeks to discuss how teachers should be able to turn challenges into opportunities in the learning process, be it face-to-face learning or distance learning. Teachers must be able to follow the development of students so that teachers will not be eroded by the current developments. History teachers must become millennials by finding creative ideas in the 21st century learning process, so that learning objectives can be achieved. Education is carried out by utilizing the development of information and communication technology using digital learning that can reach all students. Digital learning can be applied by utilizing existing social networks. The output of students can increase academic scores, scientific attitudes, learning skills, and increase a sense of nationalism towards the history of the nation's struggle. Selection of the right learning media is also one of the keys to the successful implementation of the applicable curriculum.
